Drafty construction sites, dirt, rain, suspended loads? „Exactly how we like it“. With a high degree of safety awareness, a great deal of empathy for irritated construction workers, and meticulous advance research and planning beforehand, I document next generation projects like  "Energiesprong," of the BmWE which transformed two ancient tenement blocks in Bochum (Germany) into zero-emission buildings.
